Tawau is the third largest town in Sabah after Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan.

Tawau has always been our transit point whenever we explored northern or eastern Kalimantan. We would usually stay over for just a night when we either enter Tarakan or exiting from it. But in 2019 recently, we made it a point to explore more as much have changed in terms of tourist attractions.
