Location : Kampung Gumbang, Bau District, Kuching Division, Sarawak, Malaysia.

The villagers have replaced fresh bamboo and atap for the baruk and tanju for the coming gawai celebration. This year’s clelebration event shall also see new participants of Indonesia from Sungkung. Unfortunately the glamour of Sebujit will be missing as they have been ‘hijacked’ by Padang Pan, an offshoot village from Gumbang. Homestay (chargeable) can be arranged with the respective villages if you wish to witness traditional Bidayuh harvest thanks giving.
