Location : Dusun Suruh Engkadok, Desa Pala Pasang, Kecamatan Entikong, Kabupaten Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia.
Day 2 :
On the morning of the second day we did a tour of the village which was not very big , just 60 houses.

When we arrived at Sallehudin’s house we chatted for a bit and when he suggested we visit the microhydro site I was quite excited about it and quickly agreed to the idea. He immediately led us to to river bank where he parked his boat. Untied it and with just a bamboo pole he pushed the boat across the river. The trek to the dam was about 10minutes. The 50KW hydro was more than enough to service the whole village. Unfortunately during the dry season for about 3 months water level cannot sustain the operation as the river feeding the dam is only 2Km long.

After we had our breakfast it was time to leave for Suruh Tembawang for our much anticipated trip to Sungkung Pool.
After coming back from Sungkung Pool till the night where it was another round of all night dancing.

Day 3 :
Every good thing must come to an end. After the guests had their breakfast at their respective hosting families they proceeded to the ‘balai’ when the signal came with the beating of the large gong.
As the crowd slowly trickled in elders from both sides gave their speeches and presentation of the souvenirs from the Sadir contingent to their Indonesian counterparts. Next came the loud music again for the farewell dance.
Congratulations on a job well done. Terima Kasih Suruh Engkadok. See you all again in Sadir this coming gawai.
